Internal Auditing


This two day course provides participants with the skills and techniques necessary to undertake effective Internal Audits.

Internal auditing is a vital part of Quality Management Systems. It is a requirement of the BRC global food standard and ISO 9001-2000 and is an invaluable tool in the maintenance of any HACCP system.

  • Planning an audit
  • Producing audit reports
  • Follow up, case studies

On completion, candidates will be issued with a College certificate confirming their attendance on this training.
