Lifelong Learning has a varied range of courses for full and part time students.
For full time students there are the National Diploma in Forensic Science and Access to Higher Education Applied Science courses which are both at level 3 which is equivalent to A Level standard. There is also Skills for Working Life which is an entry level course based around either horticulture or animal care and offering opportunities to develop independent living and study skills.
There are also work based learning opportunities for business administration and customer care through the apprenticeship or Train to Gain Schemes.
If you are interested in returning to learning or brushing up English or Maths skills there are course from beginner to GCSE level including study skills and preparing for employment. English for speakers of other languages is also offered on site.
For anyone interested in professional development there are a variety of courses leading to qualified teacher status, assessor and verifier awards and literacy and numeracy support worker qualifications.
