We think it's important that you get involved in activities other than your course while you are on campus.
It's the best way to make friends, develop new skills and have more fun. There are loads of things you can do - from playing sport to voluntary work, music, art, getting more qualifications - the list is endless. Regular trips are organised off campus -cinema visits, bowling, Laserquest and other events and activities. We also have an active Duke of Edinburgh Award group and many students become involved in voluntary activities in the local community. We encourage our students to take part in planning and organising activities, as well as coming up with the ideas.
